Rams Hire Al Saunders

Just a few days after the Redskins fired him, the St. Louis Rams have hired Al Saunders as their new offensive coordinator.

“I can’t tell you how happy I am to be able to announce that Al Saunders is our new offensive coordinator,” Rams head coach Scott Linehan said. “When he became available and we were granted permission to talk to him, it became obvious he was the right man for the job,”

This is a great hire for the Rams. Saunders is an offensive genius and with all the talent in St. Louis, don’t be surprised if they have one of the best offenses in the league next season. Expect Steven Jackson to have a huge year if he can stay healthy.
