Owners Considering New Hair Rule
Some NFL owners are pushing for a rule change that would force players like Troy Polamalu to cut their hair so it no longer covers the name on the back of their jerseys.
“It doesn’t mean players have to cut their hair,” said Atlanta Falcons president Rick McKay, co-chairman of the league’s Competition Committee. “They might have to keep it under their helmet.”
I wonder if they make helmets big enough for all of Polamalu’s hair to fit under? But seriously, I’m all for this rule. I’m tired of grown men crying like little girls because their hair was pulled during a game.
Cut it or Tuck it, sounds like a great rule.
