Jason Taylor Plans to Stay a Dolphin
Defensive End Jason Taylor plans to continue playing for the Miami Dolphins in 2008 and hopefully beyond.
“Look, I’m under contract with the Dolphins,” Taylor told Sirius Satellite Radio. “That’s where I want to be. It’s where I am, and I’m not retiring. … There’s been no agreement. Is it possible that something happens in the future? They can decide to do whatever they want. They’re in charge.”
Make no mistake about it, Taylor definitely wants to stay with the Dolphins.
“Heck, yeah, that’s where I’ve been for 11 years,” he says. “Where else would I want to go? That’s home.”
I’m having a hard time believing any of these latest quotes from Taylor. If he really wants to remain with Miami then I guess that means he enjoys playing for a losing team because it will take at least 3 years before the Dolphins are competitive again.
