Jaguars Hire Gregg Williams
The Jacksonville Jaguars have hired former Bills head coach Gregg Williams as their defensive coordinator and assistant head coach.
“Gregg Williams is an outstanding football coach, has a wealth of NFL coaching experience and is committed to helping us pursue a world championship,” Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio said. “We’ve established a high standard of defensive play over the past five years here, and I expect that to continue under Gregg.”
I’m shocked he doesn’t have another head coaching gig in the NFL yet. He’s a great defensive mind and his players seem to love him.
With Williams calling the shots on defense the Jaguars will be a very difficult team to score on next season.
