Devin Hester To Be Bears #1 Receiver?

The Chicago Bears are planning to have Devin Hester as their #1 wide receiver in 2008.

“I told him if you’re going to make that commitment to try to be the No. 1 receiver, then you’ve got to make that commitment right now and you’ve got to work at it like you do as a return guy,” Offensive Coordinator Turner told Hester at the end of last season. “It’s got to be a full-time commitment, which means you’re going to have to practice full speed all the time so the quarterbacks can get the timing.”

So, Rex Grossman will be their QB and Devin Hester will be his main target. Do the Bears not want to win any games this season? They would have a better chance at winning if they just run the wishbone or punt everytime they get the ball.
