Cardinals Name Leinart Starting QB
It’s only the beginning of June and the Arizona Cardinals have already named Matt Leinart their starting quarterback over Kurt Warner.
“Matt’s our starter,” Cardinals Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt said. “Kurt’s going to be there pushing him. It’s going to be a tough job for Matt to keep because Kurt played at a high level for us last year, and he’s been doing a lot of work in the offseason and he’s looked sharp in these drills.”
If the Cardinals want to win Kurt Warner should be their starter. Leinart is to busy partying to care about football. Warner gives them the best chance to win in 2008, Leinart gives them the best chance at a high draft pick in 2009.

That’s a wise move on the Cardinals part if you ask me. Matt is a quality player.
oh man, this is a disaster!!!! the only reason the cardinals made this idiot decision is because they don’t want to be good. they don’t want to draft good players, but they mess up with that too. remember when they drafted Anquan Boldin in the second round? at the combine he ran a 4.89 in the 40. they thought he would suck, but they were wrong about that too.
