Watch Madden 2008 Gameplay
The Steelers vs The Patriots on Madden 08.
Looks like the game will be a lot of fun, but there is a major problem.
Just like NCAA 2008, playing against someone on the same console is ruined. Notice on the video, the play you highlight is the play you have to choose — On previous versions you could choose from 3 plays. Now my opponent will know what play I am about to run.
I’m not complaining…I’ll still win, but I hope they have an option to disable this setting.

Whoever said that you have to pick the play you have highlighted during head to head is wrong. You can disguise your called play on the play calling screen, with ncaa08 you just press and hold the x button on the play you want then keep moving the cursor and highlight any other play and leave go…. The end result, the play you originally pressed the x button on is the call that stands.
