Top 5 & Bottom 5 NFL Teams after Week 3
1: New England Patriots
They won’t go undefeated but if Tom Brady and Randy Moss stay healthy, I’d be surprised if they didn’t make the Super Bowl.
2: Indianapolis Colts
The Colts look just as good as they did last year except now they have a much better running game, kind of scary isn’t it?
3: Pittsburgh Steelers
So far Mike Tomlin has to be the favorite for head coach of the year; he has the Steelers hungry for another championship. Not only have they been winning, the scores haven’t even been close.
4: Dallas Cowboys
Tony Romo and Terrell Owens have been unstoppable thus far and their defense has improved each week. But will T.O. continue to act like a good teammate for the entire season? I have my doubts.
5: Green Bay Packers
The Packers have the best defense in the NFC and with Favre they are a threat to score from anywhere on the field. If they can establish an effective running game Green Bay may be the only team capable of challenging Dallas for the NFC championship.
Bottom 5
28: St. Louis Rams
Marc Bulger has broken ribs, Steven Jackson is out with a torn groin and their defense can’t stop anyone — This can’t be good.
29: Kansas City Chiefs
There’s no longer a need for sleeping pills, just watch the Kansas City Chiefs offense.
30: Miami Dolphins
Joey Porter guarantees their first win this week, We shall see.
31: Buffalo Bills
I’m still trying to figure out if the loss of J.P. Losman is good or bad — I guess Trent Edwards can’t be any worse.
32: Atlanta Falcons
Get used to hearing this: “The Atlanta Falcons are the worst team in the NFL” With Joey Harrington under center, I don’t see it changing anytime soon.
