Surgeon Recommends Jones’ Stays on Pup

Although Lions RB Kevin Jones thinks he’s ready to play his surgeon is recommending th the Lions keep him on the physically unable to perform list — Keeping Jones’ sidelined for atleast six weeks of the regular season.

I doubt the team will go against the surgeon’s recommendation so expect Tatum Bell to be the Lions starting RB — and if he plays well, Jones will most likely find himself on IR.
