Steven Jackson Ready to Return?
The winless St. Louis Rams may have their star running back Steven Jackson back for Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.
“I think there’s a good chance (he’ll play),” Head Coach Scott Linehan said. “My feeling is not 100 percent, but it’s close enough where it looked like he had the burst he needs to have, and the confidence based on practice here in the last week that he’s got is a good sign.”
This is great news for Fantasy owners who drafted Jackson with the 2nd pick overall. If you have him hopefully it isn’t to late for him to help your team make the playoffs.
However their have been many rumors floating around about Linehan’s job security. I’ve heard they’re even thinking about firing him during the Rams week 9 bye. I really hope Linehan isn’t rushing Jackson back too soon just to save his own job.
