Bill Parcells considering offer from Falcons
Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank wants Bill Parcells to become the teams Vice President of football operations and a source close to the situation has told ESPN that Parcells is considering the offer.
When Parcells was reached for comment he quickly hung up the phone after this short statement.
“I’ve got nothing to say,” said Parcells
It’s believed that if Parcells accepts this job, he’ll have the power to hire whoever he wants for General Manager and Head Coach.
UPDATE: Sources close to the situation are now stating Parcells is prepared to accept a four year deal with the Miami Dolphins as the VP of football operations. I guess Atlanta didn’t impress him enough.
