49ers Sign The Beer Man

The San Francisco 49ers have signed former New Orleans Saints Returner/Wide Receiver Michael “Beer Man” Lewis.

“Michael Lewis is an exceptional returner who has experience and has been to a Pro Bowl (in 2002),” special-teams coach Al Everest said. “We are picking up a player who has been there and knows what it is supposed to look like. I am looking forward to Michael getting a fresh start with our team.”

Before the 35 year old made it into the NFL he was a Beer truck driver, which made him a known name too many football fans.

It’s nice to see him get another opportunity but I don’t expect it to last long.
